Julie Carter has been a practising Gold and Silversmith for the last 30 years .
Originally from Melbourne and a graduate of RMIT, she has spent the last 4 years in Dubai. She  has now returned to the Melbourne  contemporary jewellery scene.  Her love of travel  is reflected in her work. Gold , silver, enamel, precious and non precious gems and other materials are used widely in Julie's work. Patterns and color are featured in her contemporary designs. Julie is well known for her one -off exhibition pieces, her commissions for private clients, remodelling work and her pieces that are featured in galleries throughout Australia.
